August 28th, 2008 - Remember the Alesis premium drum kit for Rockband that I featured a while back? Well, an enterprising modder has made his own drum kit with mesh drum heads for better drum feel. With the announcement of the expanded instruments in the upcoming Rockband 2, Alesis has released a "premium" drum kit. The Drum Rocker is a velocity sensitive drumkit for Rockband 2 that can also be used as a standalone electronic drumkit provided you use an Alesis drum machine.
