August 2nd, 2009 – Some people collect hats. Some people collect shoes. Some people even collect headphones. Mostly, such people are more concerned with how good the headphones look rather than how they sound. Well, take a gander at these coconut headphones created by Iwan Roberts.

With what undoubtedly took a lot of hard work, Iwan replaced the cups with some perfectly sized coconut halves. He then used other components, like twine, to complete the transformation. They look fantastic, and conceivably you could create a set that looked and sounded good. Just choose some nice sounding headphones and hack them apart. Very cool…I’ll have to do these to my headphones that are a little worse for wear.
