Mono Touch Live

May 2nd, 2009 – A month ago, I posted about a DJ TechTools tutorial helping you create your own version of JazzMutant’s multi-touch Lemur controller. I noted a response in the comments linking to an old CreateDigitalMusic post criticizing the UI design of MonoTouchLive.

A couple days ago, Pablo found my post and wrote a response, to which Peter Kirn followed it up. This is the last I’ll write about this since I don’t want to stir up the controversy and especially because both sides seem to have amicably resolved the matter, but I’ve been asked by Pablo to create a new post that links both of the new articles by Peter and himself so everyone gets both sides of the story. You can find Pablo’s post here, Peter’s post here, and my original post here.

Now that all that’s out of the way, Pablo will be releasing a new version of the software soon. I’m looking forward to checking out what changes he’s made.
