April 13th, 2009 – While Nodal‘s developers have been busy updating their software, the competition has also been putting in overtime. Tiction uses a similar sequencing method, the node. Nodes are ordered into sequences by time, and each time a node is triggered, it sends out MIDI information.

MIDI information output by Tiction can be used to drive samplers, or synthesizers in other software. Tiction can be downloaded for free from the Tiction site listed below, and is available for Windows, Linux, and OSX.
