October 25th, 2008 – For those of you who are loyal readers of CreateDigitalMusic as I am, this information will be old news but I figure that it’s especially appropriate given my post a couple days ago on music in film and tv.
In my post, I briefly discussed the process of getting your music into film and tv. But what about doing sounds in those same mediums? Or what about working in the fastest emerging market for your work in sound: video games? Back in August, CreateDigitalMusic had a post with tonnes of links for the up and coming sound designer. That post is a great resource for those of you who are interested in finding out more about sound design, and how to get into it. I, myself, haven’t done any sound design but I would love it give it a try.
