September 27th, 2008 – At the same level of ridiculousness as the Electronic Drum Kit Shirt, the Piano Hands allow you to create music on the go. There are sensors in the fingers that trigger sounds when you tap them on a surface, and apparently you can get 8 different sounds. Some how I don’t think I’ll be hearing any djembe sounds coming out of these.
According to Engadget, these will be coming soon from iWOOT, but they weren’t listed on the website when I looked. What I did see was the iLogic Sound Hat which is a toque with built in speakers, because the idea of integrated speakers in beanies is pure genius. You’ll never hear the bus coming; another Darwin Awards winner posthumously accepts the prize.
