September 28th, 2008 – Following the re-engineering of the “Love Lockdown” single to please his fans, Kanye West has decided to provide the stem files from the same song so that people may remix them. I think that it’s a pretty generous gesture to provide the stem files to anyone who supports him. I’m sure tonnes of his fans will make some pretty sick remixes even if the song isn’t his best work (in my opinion of course). One of my favorite indie remixers on Indaba, Austin White, has already remixed the song in his classic 8-bit style. Download the stem files and see what you can come up with!
