August 20th, 2008 – Until now the Korg DS-10 cartridge, a synthesizer software sold by Korg for the Nintendo DS, was only available for purchase in Japan. As such, music enthusiasts in North America who were interested in getting their hands on it, were relegated to either buying an overseas version, or hacking their Nintendo DS and downloading an illegal copy. Guess which choice most people made. With the obvious market for the DS-10 in North America, Korg has decided to sell it starting on September 30th. Pre-orders begin now.
